Please note that all sales and payments are final and non-refundable. Once you have made a purchase, you have committed to using the hours and or services within the specified timeframe in accordance with your Signed Contract, and we cannot issue any refunds or credits for unused hours or services.
Furthermore, please be aware that the hours and services purchased are non-transferable. This means that you cannot share or transfer your purchased hours and or services to another person or entity, whether for payment, gifting or any other reason. The hours and services are exclusively for your use, and you are responsible for scheduling and managing your time accordingly.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests for rescheduling or adjusting your service package. However, please note that any changes or modifications to your package will be subject to our availability and discretion.

Our Right to Terminate

As a virtual assistant, content creator, and trainer, our priority is to provide high-quality and reliable support to our clients, and we strive to maintain a professional and respectful working relationship at all times. However, we reserve the right to terminate our services for any reason at our discretion, with or without notice in accordance with our Contract.
In the event that we need to discontinue our services, we will not issue any refunds for any unused services or hours. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that we may stop services for any reason and that we will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of such termination.
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise that may require the discontinuation of our services, such as a breach of trust, unethical behavior, or violation of our terms and conditions. In such cases, we reserve the right to terminate our services immediately, without notice, and without refund.
We will make every effort to communicate with you and resolve any issues before deciding to terminate our services. However, if we determine that it is in our best interest to discontinue our services, we will do so without hesitation, and our decision will be final.
